Having endured the worst possible hosting experience with 123-Reg (the worst company I’ve ever dealt with), I am delighted to say that South West Broadband are a really nice, honest company who are more than willing to go that extra mile to keep their customers happy.
My current account manager with SW Broadband, Ryan, replied to one of my tweets about 123-Reg earlier this month and offered to help me out, he then proceeded to manage the migration of a number of websites, parked domains and email addresses into my new account as part of the service. This took hours and there was no extra charge at all.
The price that I’m paying for SW Broadband is also unbelievably low, especially considering the amount of work they’ve already done for me.
I would strongly recommend this company!
